The company is led by Kealan Delaney (pictured), a son of one of the original founders.

An early break for Delmec was winning the contract to supply towers for Esat Digifone when it was building out its network. Current customers include Vodafone, Three, RTE, ESB, and Ericsson.

In 2019, Delmec began the process of building the Delmec board with the help of Dirk Bak, a US-based Harvard graduate who specialises in board-formation.

According to Delaney: “Board members are tasked with different responsibilities, from setting high level company goals to implementing strategy and meeting KPIs. The various interactions and requirements are set out in our charter, which also provides the framework for our quarterly meetings.”
