Equity investor Gresham House Ventures has committed €4.25m to Mobility Mojo, a Dublin-based accessibility audit and data platform.
Mobility Mojo's software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform helps organisations to audit and improve the accessibility of their built environments, including offices, manufacturing sites, retail banks and retail stores, based on regulations and global accessibility standards.
The platform offers standardised solution for capturing, tracking, benchmarking, and promoting accessibility across entire portfolios, and significantly reduce the time, inconsistency and costs associated with paper-based audits.
Founded in 2018 by certified access consultants Stephen Cluskey and Noelle Daly, both of whom are wheelchair users, and founder and ex-CEO of Rothco, Patrick Hickey, Mobility Mojo initially focused on the hospitality sector.
It has since broadened its scope to address accessibility challenges in the public and enterprise sectors, and its more than 100 clients globally include Accenture, Eli Lilly, and UBS.
The company had accumulated losses of €1.7m at the end of 2023 after losing €291,000 that year.
“Gresham House Ventures has an exceptional track record of supporting fast-growing, impactful businesses like Mobility Mojo.
"This investment will enable us to bring our solutions to more businesses and organisations, delivering real improvements for those with accessibility needs," said Stephen Cluskey, founder and CEO of Mobility Mojo.
The investment by Gresham House Ventures is intended to support Mobility Mojo to expand its marketing and sales teams, enhance its platform with AI, and recruit additional staff to support growth.
As part of the investment, Caroline Tulloch will join Mobility Mojo’s board.

Joe Krancki, investment director at Gresham House Ventures, added: "Through this investment in Mobility Mojo, we are not only supporting an innovative business addressing a burgeoning market but are also contributing to a future where accessibility is standard practice, not an afterthought.
"Mobility Mojo is ideally positioned to deliver significant growth over the coming years as businesses become increasingly aware of the positive social and economic impact of creating more accessible spaces.”
