NFP makes The HR Suite its latest acquisition

NFP has announced the acquisition of human resources consultancy and training business The HR Suite. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed

Caroline Reidy, founder and managing director of The HR Suite, will lead NFP's specialist HR division in Ireland, reporting to NFP's managing director in Ireland, Colm Power.

Established in 2009, The HR Suite offers HR system solutions and HR outsourcing services to large employers, multinationals and SMEs and streamline their human resources functions.

The Kerry-based business, which was wholly owned by Reidy, reported net assets of €3.4m in June 2023 as annual profits grew from €637,400 to €775,400.

The HR Suite takeover is the latest in a spree of acquisitions by Aon-owned NFP, including employee benefits advisory business HC Financial, financial planning advisory firm IHI Group, Barrett Private Insurances, and Orca Financial Group in recent months.

Accounts for NFP Ireland Consultants Ltd show the company made a loss of €45,100 in 2023 despite turnover growing from €4.2m to €5.5m.
