Multinational professional services company, Org Group, has acquired the European workforce solutions firm Enterprise Digital Resources (EDR).
Based in Brussels, EDR specialises in serving enterprises that have technology-intensive operations.
EDR supplies highly specialised tech talent to clients in countries including France, Belgium, the UK, Ireland, and several other European markets, specialising in Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and other widely used technology ecosystems.
Org Group employs over 3,000 people in 12 countries worldwide with operating subsidiaries including the global talent services firm Morgan McKinley, business process managed services company Abtran, and the advisory and technology services firm Org.
This strategic acquisition further enhances Org Group’s capabilities in Europe’s dynamic business, digital and technology sectors.
The company say it strengthens and expands the Group’s access to a network of high-skilled consultants at a time when businesses are accelerating digital transformation and facing heightened talent demands.

The addition of EDR deepens the Group’s specialisation in identifying and deploying expert talent for some of the most complex enterprise technology projects.
In May 2025, Org Group acquired globally recognised technology recruiting business Venturi, extending the Group’s reach in key European countries including Germany, the UK and into the United States of America.
