Irish print firm PD Visual Limited (P+D) has confirmed the acquisition of Delta Display Ireland.
The deal sees two of the most established players in the large format printing sectors coming together.
In a statement P+D said it gains access to Delta Display Ireland’s extensive "client portfolio, proven service capabilities, and a rich legacy of innovation in display and promotional marketing."
"The move represents a significant step in P+D’s long-term growth strategy and commitment to meeting the dynamic needs of retail, FMCG, healthcare, and corporate clients," the company said in a statement.
