Savills Ireland has acquired Osborne King, a commercial property agency in Northern Ireland, marking a significant investment in the region.

The acquisition will enhance Savills presence in Northern Ireland and strengthen its position as the largest real estate advisor on the island of Ireland.

Savills already has offices in Belfast, Cork and Dublin, and the deal aligns with its broader growth strategy in Ireland.

The company said Osborne King brings significant expertise in commercial leasing, sales, property management, and valuations, adding further depth to Savills' service offering in Northern Ireland.

Osborne King's 36 employees will bring Savills Ireland's headcount to more than 450. They will relocate to Savills' Belfast office in the coming months.
