Jennifer Hyland - senior director, Edelman
Jennifer Hyland has over 11 years’ experience leading integrated creative and brand accounts for local and international clients including Unilever, Deep RiverRock, Mars, SSE Airtricity & Fulfil.
Hyland works with the leadership team to develop the agency strategy both at a local and international level and is passionate about the value of delivering insight-led, evidence-based creative solutions to client’s business challenges.
During her career, she has delivered award-winning work for some of Ireland’s biggest brands and has been recognised by the SABRE Awards, the PR Week Global Awards, EuroBest, the All-Ireland Marketing Awards and the Digital Marketing Awards.
Passionate about the power of creativity for brands and businesses, Hyland has been a judge in the Social & Influencer category at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity and also represented Ireland as a Young Lions in 2017.
Hyland is Ireland lead on the Edelman EMEA Food & Beverage team, knowledge sharing and working with other markets to build trusted connections among people, brands, business and institutions in the sector.
She also sits on the Marketing Society of Ireland Council, with the aim of building a vibrant, inclusive marketing community in Ireland, empowering brave marketing leaders and showcasing their successes in driving growth for their organisations and brands.
Hyland graduated from Dublin City University in 2013 with an MSc in Digital Marketing Management and also holds a BA in Communications Studies from Dublin City University. More recently, Hyland returned to TU Dublin to complete the CPD in Creative Thinking in Creative Commercial Communications.

Robyn Keleghan - senior account manager, Communications Experience
With years of experience working in varied roles in radio and TV production, Robyn Keleghan brings a depth of media knowledge and insight to the team.
She has a knack for story placement and detailed media plans and has become a go-to for a client-base that includes professional athletes, novelists, TV personalities as well as charities, start-ups and civil society campaigns.
Keleghan is also a producer of The Communications Clinic’s podcast How To, which has featured guests like Barack Obama’s speechwriter Cody Keenan and Oscar-nominated actor Alan Alda.

Sulagna Pal - senior account executive, Heneghan
Sulagna Pal began her PR career in 2018 with Burson Cohn & Wolfe (BCW) India, later joining Adfactors PR in 2021 before relocating to Cork for her Master’s degree in PR with New Media from Munster Technological University in 2022, and then joining Heneghan as a senior account executive last December.
Over the years, Pal has worked with brands across India, Ireland, and globally, covering industries such as fintech, enterprise technology, consumer tech, healthcare, retail, private equity, energy, aviation, hospitality, and start-ups.
During her studies at MTU, she interned with Healy Communications, which allowed her to build a strong professional network in Ireland, and over the past year, Sulagna has worked with several Irish and American start-ups, ideating, planning, and driving media and communication strategies across multiple markets.
She enjoys collaborating with key opinion leaders and influencers, keeping herself abreast of trends both in the media and Tiktok. Since the pandemic, she has developed a keen interest in the tech industry’s rapid evolution and has successfully integrated this passion into her work.
Pal holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Corporate Communications and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Mass Communication from India.
