Minister for Enterprise, Tourism and Employment Peter Burke has officially opened the Dublin city centre offices of law firm Addleshaw Goddard Ireland.

Since entering Dublin in 2022, the firm has recorded a 45% increase in revenue and has grown its headcount by over 20% with 154 staff currently at the company.

Addleshaw Goddard is now one of the largest international law firms in Ireland with 90 lawyers and 32 partners, and is targeting further growth of 10-15% in 2025.

The firm has moved to new premises at Fitzwilliam No. 28 that have space to accommodate over 200 people across 27,722 sq ft, or 42% bigger than its previous offices on Burlington Road.

Fitzwilliam No. 28 stands at the site of the former ESB offices and was designed by Grafton Architects and O'Mahony Pike Architects.

“Congratulations to Addleshaw Goddard on the opening of their new office at Fitzwilliam No.28. Since arriving in Dublin three years ago, this international firm has already seen impressive growth," said Burke.

"The move to their new premises allows for increased capacity, which reflects Addleshaw Goddard’s ambition for future expansion here. I wish the Addleshaw Goddard team continued success in this new chapter.”

"Having established here in 2022, this move demonstrates their further commitment to embedding themselves in our vibrant business community," said Michael Lohan, CEO of IDA Ireland, which supports Addleshaw Goddard.

"Their decision to expand in Dublin underscores Ireland’s reputation as a hub for legal services. I look forward to working with Addleshaw Goddard in their continued growth.’’
