Garvey's SuperValu in Listowel, Co. Kerry has been named SuperValu Store of the Year 2025 at the SuperValu National Conference.

The store, which beat 11 shortlisted SuperValu retailers for the top prize at the event at the Great Southern Hotel in Killarney, also won the Best Large Store of the Year prize.

Finalists were audited and adjudicated by independent competition judge and retail consultant Paul Ellison, who praised SuperValu for delivering exceptional customer service, quality food leadership, community support and value.

Garvey's was cited for outstanding performance in fresh food offering, food leadership and quality, people management, sustainability initiatives, and community involvement.

Garvey’s was also recognised for its unwavering commitment to excellence across all categories, highlighting its outstanding community involvement, particularly its dedication to the local area through GAA sponsorship.
