Javelin has won the media and digital account for Cairn Homes following a competitive pitch that pitted the four top media agencies against each other.
Cairn on Thursday announced substantial annual growth in revenue and operating profit after selling more than 2,200 homes last year.
Its recent media initiatives include signing on as title sponsor of the Community Games, in which 160,000 young people across 430 towns take part annually.
