Just Eat has started offering pet food deliveries as part of a two-year partnership with Maxi Zoo.
The delivery platform will allow pet owners to order products from 32 of Maxi Zoo's 34 stores in Ireland for same-day delivery.
The move is the latest by Just Eat offer delivery of products beyond food and groceries.
“Ireland is a nation of pet lovers, so we’re delighted to partner with Maxi Zoo to make it even easier for people to care for and treat their pets," said Ronan Neary, head of grocery at Just Eat Ireland.
“This new partnership offers a faster, more convenient way to shop for your furry friends, and is another great example of how Just Eat is leading the way in bringing innovation to the world of on-demand, retail delivery.”
Rory Farrell, head of sales at Maxi Zoo Ireland, said: “We’re excited to join forces with Just Eat in this new partnership, which makes it even easier for people to access the products their pets love.
“From last-minute treats to essential supplies, pet owners can now rely on Just Eat to deliver what they need, when they need it, quickly and conveniently.”
