Percy Pig is hoping to follow in the footsteps of The Beatles and the Rolling Stones by conquering America.
The gummy sweets brand, sold by Marks & Spencer, will launch in the US later this month after gaining popularity through a string of A-list endorsements.
The treat is loved by celebrities – with the likes of Tom Holland, Katy Perry, Calvin Harris, the Beckhams, Harry Styles and Tom Hardy all declaring their infatuation.
Percy is even credited with helping Andy Murray win his Grand Slams and American singer Olivia Rodrigo get through her tour.
Marks & Spencer has been selling Percy Pig treats since 1992.
“We’re thrilled to bring Percy Pig sweets to the US and introduce him as a character to a whole new audience,” Sharry Cramond, food marketing director at M&S, said.
“Over the years, Percy has grown from a much-loved gummy into a brand with a personality of his own, complete with friends, adventures and even his own story.”
Six-ounce bags of Percy Pig sweets will cost $3.99 each (€3.60).
More than 20 million Percy Pig bags have been sold in the last year, which is equivalent to 38 bags per minute.
The s weet was once featured on British Vogue’s 2008 Hot List – a magazine feature that includes a list of individuals and trends to keep an eye on.

The Percy Pig family seemingly grew after its fictitious mascot Percy the Pig met the “love of his life,” Penny the Pigette, in 2013, leading to the 2015 launch of Percy Piglet.
The company has since expanded to other industries, and by 2019 fans could find the pig clan on clothes, household items and beauty products and can also purchase Percy stuffed animals.
Percy Pigs will launch exclusively at US supermarket chain Target on March 30.
