Estate agency Owen Reilly has announced the opening of its newest office in Grand Canal Dock.
This expansion marks an exciting new chapter for the company and underscores a strong vote of confidence in Dublin’s thriving property market.
Established in 2008, Owen Reilly aims to provide premium property sales, lettings, and management across Dublin’s most sought-after locations.
The launch of this new office reflects growing demand and a commitment to providing unparalleled local expertise to clients in central Dublin.
Commenting on the expansion, Owen Reilly, Founder and Managing Director, said: “We are delighted to extend our presence with these new offices, reinforcing our commitment to delivering a best-in-class property service.
“Grand Canal Dock continues to be one of Dublin’s most dynamic and desirable areas. This expansion is a significant milestone for us and a clear signal of our confidence in the resilience and potential of Dublin’s property market.”
Grand Canal Dock has long been a hub for professionals, investors, and international buyers, making it an ideal location for Owen Reilly’s latest office which spans 4,500 sq. ft. over two floors.
Owen Reilly has also agreed terms on a new office on the Northside of Dublin which will fulfil a long-term goal for the company.
The company’s continued growth aligns with positive market trends, as Dublin’s property sector remains robust despite broader economic challenges and the lack of supply of properties for sale.
By expanding its footprint, the estate agent is positioned to provide even greater service to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants navigating the evolving market.
Owen Reilly currently employs 32 full time staff with plans to hire up to 10 new staff this year.

An event to open the new offices saw guests attending, including former Room To Improve star quantity surveyor Lisa O'Brien, interior specialists Natasha Rocca Devine and Helen Kilmartin, Pat Power and Tom Evers of Harcourt Developments, CEO of IPAV Pat Davitt, Willie Dowling of Colliers and architects Adrian Hill and Arthur O'Brien of CWO architects.
Business people such as Hayley Rock who is Founder and Managing Director of Construction Network Ireland and legal figures Ken Kennedy, Niamh Wash of Gore-Grimes Solicitors and Micheal O'Doherty also came along to show support.
