Springboard Communications named PRCA Agency of the Year

Springboard Communications has been named PRCA Agency of the Year at the 2025 Spotlight Awards for Excellence in Communications.

It is the second time the independent communications agency has been recognised with the national award, having previously won it in 2023.

The PRCA awarded Springboard Communications or its people-first approach, long-standing client relationships, and commitment to purpose-led growth. Judges also commended the agency’s B Corp certification and dedication to innovation.

The agency's client manager, Chloe Kavanagh, also took home the Rising Star award for her achievements in digital strategy and client leadership, along with her forward-thinking vision for the communications profession.

The Spotlight Awards are intended the celebrate innovation, creativity, and strategic excellence in Irish communications and are open to agencies, sole traders and in-house PR teams working in partnership.

Springboard Communications recently launched its e-book, Beyond Buzzwords: Authentic Stakeholder Engagement in Sustainability, and its new sustainability Decoder Framework.

Last year, Springboard Communications achieved B Corp Certification, making it one of only three Irish PR agencies to hold the accreditation.

Its growing portfolio of Green Transition clients now represents the agency’s second-largest sector.

The company also launched the second edition of its Internal Communications in Ireland Report in 2024, now a widely used resource across sectors.

Speaking on being named Rising Star, Kavanagh said: “This is such an honour. It means a lot to be recognised for work I genuinely love doing.
