Dublin Airport staff have been left feeling 'frustrated and demoralised' over six-month-long pay issues that meant employees were missing hundreds of euros, unions have said.

The DAA has been grappling to resolve issues with its time-keeping system since it was the subject of a cyber attack six months ago.

The issue has also impacted on workers' annual leave requests.

Jerry Brennan, of Siptu's aviation sector, said that the problems are causing "huge amounts" of stress to staff.

Mr Brennan said: "It's caused great difficulty around time-keeping. If time-keeping is not being recorded correctly, then pay is wrong.
