Auction house Allsop has released details of 370 properties with a combined reserve of almost €60m that will be sold in September. The first auction takes on September 8 will include a mix of commercial and residential properties, while the auction on September 10 will feature only residential properties.
The commercial catalogue features 80 properties including Lot 20 -10 Harcourt Street & 10/11 Montague Lane, Dublin 2. The property comprises an attractive Georgian building with two warehouses to the rear. The site previously held planning for a four storey office development and will be of keen interest to investors and developers given the shortage of prime office accommodation available in Dublin City Centre. The property carries a Reserve Range of €2.9m - €3.1m.

The residential properties include a four bed semi-detached in Foxrock at a reserve range of €495,000 - €525,000; a five bedroom detached house in Roganstown Golf Club, Swords with a reserve of €600,000 - €650,000 and a detached two bedroom period gate lodge on Mount Merrion Avenue at a reserve of €380,000.
