Aon to move Dublin offices in 2024

Professional services giant Aon has announced plans to moves to new state-of-the-art offices in Dublin.

The NYSE-listed group will moves its Dublin operations to a 32,000 sq ft facility at 15 George's Quay in 2024 after reaching a pre-let agreement with IPUT Real Estate. The building is currently being redeveloped by the real estate group.

Aon is expected to take occupancy in 2024, and the building will also serve as the firm's corporate offices in the capital, with space designated for the board of directors as well as its 750 staff.

“We are excited about this tremendous new space for our colleagues, clients and board members to work, collaborate and meet,” said Greg Case, CEO of Aon.

“This investment is another demonstration of our overall commitment to Dublin and Ireland, and we look forward to moving into the space in 2024.”

The offices boast a panoramic riverside location, landscaped roof terraces, extensive work and break-out spaces as well as best-in-class end-of-journey facilities, including showers and lockers, 108 bicycle spaces and car parking space with EV charge points.

The building will meet leading global sustainability standards including a BER A3 energy rating, LEED Platinum, WiredScore Platinum, Well Gold and NZEB Compliance.
