Aramark Ireland has declared success in its delivery of food and beverage operations for the two sold-out Oasis gigs at Croke Park over the weekend after serving more than 160,000 fans.
The company coordinated all catering, bar and hospitality services at the stadium and had a team of over 1,300 on site.
Aramark deployed a number of technology-driven solutions such as the Kappture BRISK unit, the AI self-service till, which allowed fans to tap their cards, grab a drink and leave in seconds.
“Delivering an event of this scale takes precision, planning, and teamwork," said Kevin McGinley, managing director of Aramark Food Solutions Ireland.
"Our focus is always on creating an exceptional fan experience, which means keeping service efficient, food and drink quality high, and sustainability at the heart of operations.
"Technology like the BRISK unit helps us do just that, it's fast, intuitive, and fans love it.”

Aramark also trialled enhanced mobile ordering platforms and upgraded EPOS systems to streamline operations and reduce friction as part of a broader strategy to improve customer experience and reducing queues.
Aramark offers food, facilities, and workplace services to clients in the healthcare, education, business, and public sectors and employs over 8,000 people in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
