Workspace provider Glandore has chosen the Bottleworks building on Barrow Street as its tenth workspace location in Dublin.
Developed by Jones Investments, the Bottleworks is a 26,000 sq ft building on the site of the former Irish Glass Bottle company, and Glandore is taking a 20-year lease on the building.
Director Clare Kelly said: “We are delighted to add Bottleworks to our portfolio and to offer companies the opportunity to create their own bespoke office design.
"After Covid, and in a time of uncertainty, we know that flexibility and agility are key and companies need to be able to offer a variety of different hybrid work arrangements for their teams.
“This building gives them the opportunity to do this. We can cater for much larger companies here and it is quite unique to be able to offer this element of custom, bespoke design in a building this size.”
The five-storey Bottleworks features a variety of serviced workspaces, meeting rooms, a large bike storage room, showers and leisure space, with a café and attractive external courtyards.
It recently won the RIAI award for Best Workplace and Fit-Out, was also placed third in the RIAI Public Choice Award and won a Construction Excellence Award.
Glandore, founded in 2001, was an early pioneer of flexible workspace and serviced offices in Ireland and has grown to offer more than 170,000 sq ft of space and 4,000 desks at 10 locations in Dublin, Belfast and Cork.
Since 2001, the founding Kelly family has seen the operation grow from one employee to nearly 80.
To encourage and facilitate connections and networking between its members, it hosts monthly member events including educational seminars and workshops, social gatherings, business briefings, networking events, seasonal events and a complimentary wellness programme.
