Revenue at broadband provider Digiweb increased to €31.5 in 2020 from €27.5m the year before, helped by the October 2020 acquisition of Limerick peer Ripplecom.
According to filed accounts, Digiweb Holdings Ltd Ebitda advanced to €4.3m from €2.2m in 2019.
The company cashflow statement discloses a payment of €4.6m on acquisition of a subsidiary, of which €2.5m was goodwill.
Digiweb is a reseller for Siro and National Broadband Ireland fibre to the premises broadband, and other types of broadband products.
Employment at the Dundalk firm was 141 people in December 2020.
Established by Colm Piercy in 2017, Digiweb is celebrating 25 years in business this year. The company says that it is Ireland’s highest rated internet service provider on Trustpilot, based on over 4,200 reviews.
