Real estate investor firm Fine Grain Property is to pump €10m into the redevelopment of Connaught House.

The money will be used to upgrade the building’s environmental credentials, foster biodiversity, and revitalise communal and public spaces for the benefit of tenants and visitors say the company.

Dublin architects MCA Architects have been appointed to lead the redevelopment of the Burlington Road building.

"Occupier wellbeing, convenience, and workplace experience are deeply integrated into the reimagined design," the company said.

Connaught House is currently home to a number of blue-chip tenants, including CBRE, law firm Philip Lee, and Macquarie Group’s aviation division.
