Konversational anticipates €5m revenues from New York move

Dublin technology consultancy firm Konversational has announced its expansion into the US market with the opening of its first office in New York.

The company expects the move to generate over €5m in revenue and create 40 jobs within the first year. Konversational currently employs 80 IT professionals across its six locations in Dublin, London, Paris, Nantes, Zurich and Munich. 

Konversational has ambitions of breaking the US market by capitalising on the high demand for customer service technologies, the market for which is valued at $4bn.

“Expanding into the United States is a significant milestone for us and one that we have been building towards since opening our Dublin headquarters less than five years ago," said John Gilleran, co-chief executive of Konversational.

"The US market alone represents a tremendous growth opportunity for Konversational. Founded in 2020, Konversational customer workflow partner to US cloud computing software maker ServiceNow, and is only the second company to earn its Customer Experience Advanced Specialisation.

The launch comes less than 18 months after the company's expansion into France, Germany, and Switzerland. 

Konversational is the preferred deployment and implementation partner of ServiceNow Customer Workflow technologies, which allows companies to automate services and enhance their customer service offering as part of large-scale digital transformation projects. 

The company secured Elite Partner status with ServiceNow in less than 18 months and has retained the designation for over three years.

Earlier this year, Konversational announced a multi-million euro deal with Wavenet.
