The Sherry FitzGerald House Price Index showed that Ireland's property transactions increased significantly in the first half of 2015 as compared to the first half of 2014. The estate agent said that house price inflation for Q3 of 2015 slowed, making the increase for 2015 so far notably lower than in the same period of 2014.
