Commercial law firm Philip Lee has appointed Ita O’Sullivan as a consultant in the firm’s corporate and commercial department.

O’Sullivan (pictured) has advised public and private companies for over a decade on a broad range of corporate matters, including acting on a number of high-profile Irish capital markets transactions.

Her key areas of expertise include Irish company law, capital markets and securities law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and commercial contracts.

O’Sullivan formerly worked with William Fry for 15 years.
