Macmarts to add 40 jobs after appointing Keith Doran CTO

Enterprise cloud solutions Macmarts has announced its launch in Ireland and other European markets, with plans to create 40 jobs at its 12,000 sq ft offices at the National Technology Park in Limerick over the next three years.

The company's core SpendBooks product allows procurement, finance, engineering and project management teams to track and control operations expenditure and capital expenditure in real-time.

Macmarts also appointed industry veteran Keith Doran as its chief technology officer and will launch ProjectBooks, a cloud-based project resource management application to help clients manage project resources and control project spending in real-time.

Macmarts' cloud-based SaaS products are used by leading multinationals in the healthcare sector, and the company is also targeting heavily regulated industries such as healthcare, pharma, medtech and food, claiming users can reclaim up to 75% of time spent on procurement.

The firm will not being recruitment for roles including product management, software engineering, sales, marketing and customer success.
