Michael O’Leary has become the first Irishman to land on the moon. The Ryanair boss has been viewed through telescopes mucking around in the Sea of Tranquillity.

O'Leary's decision to leave earth - at least temporarily - follows the success of a commercial for the John Lewis retail chain in England that has become a water cooler topic of conversation in sad workplaces.
