Regus says it will cater for the increased need for flexible workspaces with the opening of its new centre in Phoenix House on Monahan Road in Cork.

The Regus office space in Phoenix House incorporates up to 15% of co-working space, targeted at small businesses, startups, remote workers to large corporate customers.

The new Regus centre will also have 50 offices, meeting rooms and video conferencing facilities.

General manager Emmet Foley (pictured) said: "The Phoenix House centre is an exciting addition to our network at City Gate, which has had a high level of occupancy since it opened in 2008. Phoenix House will cater for companies of all sizes.”

Regus is the new anchor tenant of the €20 million commercial development Phoenix House, which extends to 100,000 sq ft. Regus’ other centres are located in Dublin and Limerick.
