RBK appoints two new partners

RBK Chartered Accountants has appointed Michelle O’Donoghue as Governance, Risk and Assurance Partner and Laurence Hill as SME Business Advisory Partner.

Laurence Hill specialises in accounting solutions for SMEs, and has over 25 years’ experience working with companies across all sectors. RBK said Hill provides an outsourced service for SMEs that covers everything from bookkeeping to complex financial reporting and tax compliance.

“He takes the time to understand individual needs and provides his clients with a cost-effective, efficient and tailored outsourced service,” said Joe Cleary, managing partner.

Michelle O’Donoghue’s focus is on delivering tailored internal audit, risk management, compliance and assurance services to clients operating in the financial services and charity and not for profit sectors. She provides training to boards of Credit Unions and charities in the areas of risk management and governance and has lectured on topics such as internal audit, risk management, governance and effective board reporting.

The appointments expand RBK’s leadership team to 18 partners. “These appointments reflect the continued growth of the firm and demonstrate our commitment to delivering an excellent service to clients by investing in and developing talented people,” Cleary added.
