Two Michelin-star restaurants, a popular ramen spot and a city centre bakery are just some of the food spots named in Condé Nast Traveller's 15 best restaurants in Dublin.

The publication, famous for offering tips on destinations around the world, has named a wide variety of outlets as the best 15 in the capital, including pizzerias, innovative bakeries and the Michelin-star awarded Chapter One and Liath.

Chapter One, which was awarded a second Michelin star in addition to its first in 2007, was complimented by the publication for "injecting new culinary creativity", including the addition of Chef Mickael Viljanen in 2021, and its excellent three-course meal - perfect for those who want to sample the high dining spot.

Blackrock fine dining spot Liath also made the list, with CN Traveller saying the chef/owner Damien Grey "continues to wow diners" with hyper-seasonal ingredients, meaning that some of the meals are available for only a few days.

It also recommended some of Dublin's newer restaurants and bakeries, including Nomo Ramen, which has become known for its special ramen dishes, with the noodles being imported from the US from the same supplier as the renowned Momofuku restaurants.
