Specialist software integration firm SL Controls plans to recruit up to 100 people by mid-2025 as part of its strategic plan to expand across Europe and the US.
The company, which has offices in Sligo, Dublin, Limerick, Galway and Florida, said the roles would be a mix of remote and hybrid working.
The positions will be in engineering and based in Ireland, although many will be 'location independent' to meet the needs of the growing company's global client base.
The firm said it will recruit candidates for both project managers and technical positions, including software developers, senior automation engineers, senior software engineers, validation and compliance engineers as well as senior and intermediate MES engineers.
The company increased its turnover by 43% in 2022 to €12.6m and projects that revenue will further increase over the next three years to €21m in 2025.
SL Controls works with global brands primarily in the pharmaceutical, medical devices and technology sectors to help them to modernise and digitally transform their manufacturing operations.
Founded in 2002, SL Controls was acquired by global IT group NNIT, one of Denmark's largest IT companies with more than 3,000 employees in Europe, North America and Asia, in July 2021.
Keith Moran, co-founder and CEO, commented: "Joining forces with NNIT has further enhanced our service offering to meet our customers’ global requirements for fully integrated solutions across the operational technology and information technology layers. This has led to an increase in both clients and the level of work across Ireland, the US and Europe."
