The Irish Management Institute (IMI) is holding its annual National Management Conference today under the theme ‘Reinventing Organisations – Rethinking Leadership’ at the IMI’s campus in Sandyford, Dublin.

Sponsored by eir, the speaker line-up includes former Donegal football manager Jim McGuinness, Yves Morieux, Managing Director at The Boston Consulting Group; Thimon de Jong, founder and director of Whetston, a strategic foresight think tank; and Rory Sutherland, Executive Creative Director of OgilvyOne.

Other speakers include Emma Birchall, Head of Research - Future of Work at the Hot Spots Movement; and Sue Cox, Leadership Consultant and Tango dancer.

IMI chief executive Simon Boucher said: “The IMI is in the midst of a very exciting period and as Ireland’s only globally ranked provider of customised executive education, we are perfectly poised to support the growing need for executive development in Ireland.”

IMI is the only Irish business school ranked by FT for the 7th year running. Thousands of senior executives attend developmental programmes at IMI annually, ranging from NFQ level 9 Masters and Diploma qualifications to one and two day master classes.
