Tech, food, science and digital innovations abound among the ten student startups picked to participate in the 2016 UStart Student Accelerator Programme, which were announced at DCU Ryan Academy last week.
The programme runs from May 25 to October 5, providing mentoring, expertise and support to student startups to help them progress from concept stage to market prototype.
Speaking about this year’s UStart programme, Eoghan Stack, CEO of the Ryan Academy, said: “The intake is a diverse, exciting and energetic portfolio of startups which have limitless potential.
“DCU Ryan Academy is delighted to work with this year’s UStart participants and we look forward to assisting all of them in bringing their startup to the next level.”
The participating companies on the 2016 UStart programme are:
Science Media: Emer Ní Chuanaigh and Angela Stevenson
