Viatel Technology Group announce strategic partnership with Highlight

Cybersecurity provider Viatel Technology Group, Ireland, has announced a strategic partnership with Highlight to deploy the Highlight Service Observability Platform.

As part of the initial rollout, Viatel will use Highlight to streamline monitoring for its Cisco Meraki SD-WAN and Orion Autofailover services.

Until now, the company had been using multiple systems by separate technology teams.

Once the deployment is complete, over 100 Viatel engineers will use the Highlight platform to manage network performance more efficiently and cohesively.

Viatel will also use Highlight to provide customers with powerful graphical dashboards and automated reporting tools.

It will, say the company, enhance transparency and deliver clear insights into network health and service performance.
