VOYA, the Sligo-based luxury organic lifestyle and skincare brand, has renewed its global partnership with international airline Emirates.
The company will continue to act as the exclusive supplier of amenity products to Emirates' first class and business class cabins and luxury lounges until 2029.
The deal is expected to generate €3m for the firm over the next three years, and VOYA beat global luxury heavyweights from London, Paris and Milan to retain the contract.
Founded by husband-and-wife team Mark and Kira Walton, VOYA has worked with Emirates since 2017. The renewals follows more than a year of design and development that has resulted in a refreshed amenity collection.
"Emirates is a very large organisation with incredibly high standards. They expect things to be perfect. For a company of our size, up against brands that can throw huge resources at a project, it’s a challenge, but one we relish," the Waltons said.
"We have always believed we can compete with any brand on quality and service, and this renewal proves that again.”
Mark Walton said the company is growing rapidly in the US, and that the Emirates deal had opened doors in the Middle East too.
"We’re already supplying the Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Saudi Arabia, and on the back of this deal we expect to launch in at least three or four new hotels across Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar," he said.
"It’s building huge awareness for VOYA internationally, while Ireland remains our most important market. Solidifying VOYA as the pre-eminent Irish luxury brand is just as important to us as expanding abroad.”

VOYA currently has a team of 50 staff and is averaging annual growth of 10%. The company supplies etail, spa, and amenity products in more than 56 countries worldwide.
"While we could accelerate, we prefer to build carefully and sustainably," the Waltons said. "That approach has allowed us to stay true to our roots while competing on the global stage.”
