Entries are being invited for the 2019 KPMG Irish Independent Property Industry Excellence Awards, now in their fifth year.
The awards ceremony which, attracts over 800 industry stakeholders, takes place on November 28 at the Convention Centre Dublin.
No award recipient is permitted to sponsor any of the awards categories. Any profit from the programme is reinvested in the doctorate together with patronage from Hibernia REIT, Cosgrave Developments, Linesight and Irish Life Investment Managers.
There are 10 award categories:
• Community Benefit
• Regional Excellence
• Design Project of The Year
• Commercial Agency
• Property Investment Fund Manager
• PropTech Innovation
• Excellence in Planning
• Contractor
• Energy Efficiency
• Facilities Management Project
Jim Clery (pictured), Tax Partner and Head of Real Estate at KPMG, commented: “We have extended the Planning Award to both private and public planning nominations. As with all award categories, adjudication will seek projects that demonstrate measurable improvement, reflect innovation through approach or technology, appreciate needs of clients, contribute to local community and demonstrate strategic co-ordination.”
