Online insurance brand Its4Women is seeking to recruit more female customers with adverts on car park barriers.
The women-only insurance brand is operated by Coleraine-based MCL InsureTech. MCL’s media agency BConnected Media recruited AdBarrier to create the campaign, which will run until the end of the year.
BConnected director Stephen Lamb said: "We were looking for a unique and innovative Out Of Home advertising solution and Adbarrier provides exactly that. With the backing of almost 150 car parks nationwide and the support of the main car park operators Adbarrier offers us a direct route to our target audience of female drivers."
MCL recently introduced the Its4Women brand in Northern Ireland with a £1m advertising campaign, and chief executive Gary McClarty said it intends to replicate its success in the Republic.
"Our unique online insurance proposition has already enabled us to capture around €80m of the motor insurance market in the Republic which equates to nearly one in every twenty vehicles," he stated.
