Intuity Technologies has announced the acquisition of Office Technology, a Managed Print Services company based in D12.
The combined two firms will have over 2,000 customers in Ireland, the UK and the US.
Intuity CEO Gerard Cox (pictured) said he plans to double group turnover from €7m currently over the next three years.
“This development takes Intuity one step closer to fulfilling its ambition of becoming the largest and best Managed IT Provider in Ireland while further building on our international expansion,” Cox stated.
Office Technology (Irl) Ltd, owned by 57-year-old Pat Duffy (pictured above ) and Isabel Duffy, was established in 1988 and booked a net profit of €370,000 in 2017. Year-end current assets of €1,830,000 in December 2017 included €970,000 in cash, and net worth at year end was €1.4 million.
Intuity Technologies has offices in Galway, Dublin and Carrick on Shannon, and has a strong niche in the Credit Union sector.
