Virgin Media Business is making sure that whatever the future holds we’ve got your business covered

‘Backing Business’ is Virgin Media’s campaign to help put the spotlight on Irish business, and is designed to underpin the renewal and recovery of each one throughout Ireland. The campaign is providing support in the form of promotions across Virgin Media TV’s Ireland AM, webinars, interviews and taking #BackingBusiness on the road, where we recently dropped in to meet businesses and people in Limerick city.

In total, Virgin Media Television broadcast five hours of TV live from Limerick, reaching 550,000 individuals on Virgin Media One across Ireland AM, Elaine, The Six O’Clock Show and The Tonight Show. Twenty SMEs from Limerick were represented on air across the day. It was a moment to shine a light on the local business community and the talented people behind them, exemplary of all businesses across the country.

Conversations Platform

As the Covid-19 emergency continues to disrupt economic life and businesses around the globe, every business in Ireland is faced with decisions about a less predictable future. That’s why Virgin Media Business and our broadcast arm have created a platform for business conversations to take place.

The ‘Backing Business’ campaign can also help your local brand go nationwide. We want to inspire and support all businesses to share their stories, ranging from big challenges faced to learnings for businesses right now. Over 200 business have featured across our TV platform. It gets you noticed, and that’s why brands of all shapes and sizes use TV to tell their story to the nation.
