Irish tech firm Klearcom forecast revenues to increase by 79% in 2025

Irish tech company Klearcom say they are forecasting a 79% increase in revenue in 2025.

The Waterford based firm, despite only being founded in 2020, already has offices in India and the USA.

The company uses AI and machine learning to test interactive voice response (IVR) systems used by businesses to manage incoming calls

Currently operating across 100 countries, the tech detects and resolves telecoms issues before they impact their customers.

Now they say they are expecting their global customer base to grow by 75% as a result of their extended market reach.

The company say the growth is in part being driven by AI solutions such as large language models and conversational AI.

They say the changes will give their customers improved service reliability, broader geographic coverage, and even faster response times.

And the firm says they plan to add 35 new carriers and expand more into Asia and Africa by the end of 2026.

The company previously increased its carrier base from 80 to more than 340 since 2022.

A year later, Furthr VC led a €1.5m investment round in Klearcom with Enterprise Ireland as well as HBAN's Bloom Equity syndicate also contributing.

Mark Rohan, co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Klearcom, said: “It’s been an exciting period of growth for Klearcom and we have no intention of stopping any time soon.

"As we embark on an ambitious strategy to further expand our operations and disrupt the market, our recent success is merely a sign of things to come.

"Underpinned by truly global contact centre testing solutions, we are delivering the fastest response and most-cost effective service for multinational companies across the globe.

“This is driving further demand for our offering, which we are bolstering with more carriers and more services across more countries.

"In turn, we will deliver the best customer experience for our own customers and their customers – driving the business forward and strengthening our place in the elite bracket of customer service providers worldwide.”
